With three teams XL Hospice serves the following counties / communities Ada, Canyon, Boise (Horseshoe Bend), Owyhee, Gem, Payette, Washington, Adams, and Malheur in Oregon. XL Hospice also offers Countryside Manor Hospice House located on Highway 52 just outside of Payette.
