To provide comprehensive coordinated care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and to their families. We will provide this care by respecting and supporting individuals' rights to live their final days comfortably, to fullest extent possible, and experience a dignified and peaceful death.

ABOUT US
Journeys Hospice is a local closely held corporation located in Nampa. Journeys was founded in 2006 by Anne Henderson and Jessica Salguero.

SERVICES OFFERED:
Hospice nursing, medical social services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and chaplain services.

Hours:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
Nurse on-call 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week
