Our Caregivers

We employ dependable, trustworthy and experienced caregivers who will ensure your loved-one receives the best care possible. Our caregivers are custom selected for each client based on the client’s specific needs.
Our caregivers are on our internal staff – they are all employees of our company, not sub-contractors. Our employees are fully screened, skill-assessed, personal and employment reference checked, criminal background checked, licensed (if applicable), insured and bonded.

Since we employ companion caregivers up to certified nursing assistants and geriatric nursing assistants, we can ensure your loved-one receives a continuum of care as their care needs increase.

Our staff RNs complete full nursing assessments on clients in need of personal care. They also visit our clients on a regular basis and supervise our licensed aides to ensure compliance with care plans.

We are licensed by the state of Maryland to provide personal care and have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure our care delivery meets and exceeds government standards.
We have a professional, experienced, and dedicated office staff who understand the intricacies of caregiving. A scheduling coordinator is on-call 24/7.
Our service schedules are flexible and we are non-contractual, so you don’t have to commit to a fixed length of time.
